Refund Policy

pdf2api sells digital products (generated API artifacts) that are delivered instantly. This policy explains when refunds are available. Purchases are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; their buyer terms also apply.
1. Try before you buy
Every document can be previewed for free before purchase. The preview lets you confirm that the Service detected your endpoints and authentication before you pay for the full export. We strongly encourage using the free preview to evaluate the result first.
2. When you are entitled to a refund
- Non-delivery or technical failure. If you were charged but the export failed to generate or could not be downloaded due to a fault on our side.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
3. When refunds are generally not available
Because the full artifacts are delivered immediately upon payment and can be downloaded and kept, refunds are generally not available simply because the AI-generated draft was not as complete or accurate as hoped — this is why a free preview is provided beforehand, and why all output is clearly described as a draft that requires your review. We nonetheless review every request in good faith.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your purchase email and the transaction reference. We will respond within a few business days.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
